Why does the Selection Dialog for Prototype Drawings not appear?

With the default settings, the following dialog will appear the first time you start a new drawing.

When the marked option is active, Helios will always use the prototype specified in the user settings for creating new drawings. To restore this behavior, go to the user settings and activate the option „Always Show Selection Window for Prototype Drawing on New Drawings,“ as shown in the next figure.
